Experience: 0 years to 5 years (Relevant experience)
Candidates with prior experience in CGD companies (city networks) will be preferred.
Job Summary
| Responsible for execution and monitoring of PNG projects, including MDPE pipeline laying and customer connectivity under CGD expansion. Oversee project timelines, cost, quality, and HSE compliance. Coordinate with EPC contractors, PMC, TPI agencies, and internal departments. Manage billing, documentation, statutory approvals, and project closure. Conduct technical assessments for PNG potential and liaise with government bodies as needed. |
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution, monitoring & Control of all site activities i.e. MDPE Laying & Customers Connectivity on a regular basis and identifying the critical activities/areas, comply with Technical & Commercial obligations and accommodating changes in the contract/projects.
- Evaluation, monitoring – review of contracts / project performance vis –a-vis plan / schedule – Time / Cost overrun controls, identifying the hurdles/issues and de-bottlenecking.
- Monitor & Control time / resources / cost/ quality /HSE parameters and ensure adherence to project procedures and perform Engineering Quality Audits.
- Consolidate all the Site related issues, Cash out flow details, Capitalization, Statutory Permissions etc. and inform to Management on regular basis.
- Communication with EPC Contractor, Project Management Consultant and Third- party inspection agency, vendors for project issues
- Communicating and discussing with other department for engineering approvals.
- Participating in improvement process initiative through regular meetings.
- Review, certification and processing of invoices for EPC Contractors/PMC/TPI/vendors.
- Preparation of billing schedule during initial stage of project.
- Project Closure in terms of Final bill, submission of final documentation, settlement of extra claims if any, and hand over to operation department.
- Time delay and liquidated damages analysis.
- To ensure proper documentation for PNG activities, and ensure compliance of company’s quality and HSE guide lines.
- Technical assessment of PNG Potential for domestic/ commercial / Industrial segment with marketing department.
- Liasoning with local authorities and representing the company to government bodies, as and when needed.

D. Statutory & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PNGRB T4S, OISD guidelines, ASME codes, and internal SOPs.
- Conduct toolbox talks, HIRA, and monitor the safety of workers, machines, and public property.
- Ensure permits: Excavation, HDD crossing, hot work, confined space, third-party utility NOCs.
