Job Summary
| The role is responsible for driving the implementation of HSE processes and asset integrity practices at the GA/Zone level in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. The incumbent should possess strong knowledge of CGD-specific HSE practices and PNGRB regulations (T4S, ERDMP, IMS) with hands-on experience in safety audits, risk management, hazard analysis, and commissioning activities across pipelines, CNG stations, and customer connections. The position also involves executing HSE plans, conducting safety trainings and mock drills, resolving HSE-related issues in projects and O&M operations, and providing valuable inputs to management for continual process and safety improvements |
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HSE practices in the City Gas Distribution (CGD) sector.
- Strong command over PNGRB regulations (T4S, ERDMP, IMS) and their implementation.
- Expertise in safety audits (internal & external) and statutory compliance coordination.
- Proficiency in risk management, hazard analysis, HAZOP, and safety assessments.
- Experience in pre-commissioning & commissioning of steel pipelines, CNG stations, and customer connections.
- Ability to design and implement safety training programs, mock drills, and awareness sessions.
- Skilled in execution of HSE plans, MIS preparation, and regulatory reporting.
- Leadership and team management for driving HSE culture across GA/Zone operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HSE-related challenges.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills (internal & external).
- Decision-making ability under pressure with focus on risk mitigation.
- Continuous improvement mindset for enhancing safety processes and compliance standards.
