Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university/institution, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical or related engineering discipline. MBA degree will be an added advantage.

Job Description
- Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and timely closure of audit observations, with zero non-conformities beyond the prescribed due date.
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete submission of MIS, operational reports and business performance information to the management.
- Optimize manpower and other resources through effective workforce planning, talent management, delegation and clear ownership of responsibilities.
- Lead, motivate and develop the GA team, including contractual manpower, while maintaining healthy employee relations, high morale and a performance-oriented work culture.
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination with Technical Services, Commercial & Marketing, Regulatory Services, Contracts & Procurement, Operations & Maintenance, Projects, Finance & Accounts, HRD, IT and GIS teams.
- Manage coordination with vendors, subcontractors, third-party inspection agencies, safety consultants, statutory authorities and Central/State Government agencies.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring service reliability, timely resolution of customer issues and efficient delivery of business services.
- Ensure proper maintenance and integrity of GA assets and infrastructure to achieve the highest standards of safety, reliability and operational efficiency.
- Analyse operational and business problems in line with applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements and implement effective solutions without compromising system integrity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, customization and long-term cost optimization through effective use of functional and technical knowledge.
- Strengthen internal assurance systems and ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, statutory requirements and applicable industry standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure readiness to respond promptly to operational, emergency and safety-related situations.
- Ensure seamless integration of GA resources and functions to achieve overall business objectives, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
