Job Summary

The role involves driving Industrial and Commercial (PNG) business development within the assigned Geographical Area. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and supporting commercial activities to ensure sustainable business growth and high customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Drive the development and expansion of the Industrial & Commercial PNG customer base within the assigned Geographical Area.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by mapping potential customers and market demand.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Industrial & Commercial segment in line with the business plan.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and facilitate customer onboarding and contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Industrial & Commercial customers to ensure long-term growth.
• Ensure timely conversion of leads into active customers through effective sales planning and execution.
• Support timely gas connectivity and commencement of supply by working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Address customer queries and ensure prompt resolution to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain healthy financial performance within the Geographical Area.
• Execute local marketing and business development initiatives to enhance brand visibility and expand market presence within the assigned Geographical Area.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory and local bodies to facilitate smooth business operations and support business development activities within the assigned Geographical Area.
