Job Summary

Responsible for driving business development and marketing initiatives with a primary focus on the industrial segment within the City Gas Distribution sector. The role involves identifying potential industrial customers through market surveys and demand assessments, expanding PNG (Industrial) connections, and achieving sales targets as per the business plan. Key responsibilities include managing industrial client relationships, handling commercial negotiations and contracts, ensuring timely recovery of dues and overseeing credit management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling and coordinating the industrial marketing team in the City Gas Distribution sector
• Support team efforts in identifying, developing and expanding the PNG (Industrial) customer base
• Ensure achievement of industrial sales targets as per the business plan
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely connectivity and gas supply
• Manage client interactions, commercial discussions, and contract execution for industrial customers
• Ensure smooth handling of customer service and issue resolution for industrial accounts
• Track and follow up on outstanding recovery and credit management through the team
• Work closely with project and planning teams
• Support team-driven initiatives to enhance company presence in the industrial segment through targeted marketing efforts
