Job Summary
The role is responsible for driving the overall commercial and marketing activities and initiatives for Namakkal & Trichy GA including market development, customer acquisition and revenue growth in all PNG and CNG segments. It involves planning and executing marketing and branding initiatives, identifying high-potential demand centers and conducting customer awareness and outreach programs. The position works closely with city authorities, developers, RWAs and internal cross-functional teams to support pipeline network expansion while ensuring compliance with PNGRB and other regulatory guidelines. The role also focuses on strengthening customer onboarding, relationship management, retention, and monitoring sales performance through defined KPIs, market analysis, and continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
Job Description
- Identify, Create, Sustain and Grow Market for CNG & PNG Segments
- Carry out need assessment analysis for identifying potential locations for CNG Stations and shortlist potential land owners, dealers and OMC sites for CNG facility
- Laision with OEMs, RTOs and local authorities
- Motivate and manage the marketing team to Identify, survey, and assess the overall PNG demand centres for target households and for after Sales Customer requests / complaint management in Domestic / Commercial / Industrial segment.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive PNG customer acquisition in residential segments.
- Adhere to and achieve sales targets for CNG and PNG (Commercial, Industrial & Domestic segment) in line with Business plan.
- Plan and execute customer outreach and education programs highlighting the safety, cost, and convenience benefits of PNG.
- Outstanding Recovery & Credit Management.
- Creating effective co-ordination with project/planning team for timely delivery of the gas.
- Collaborate with city authorities, builders, developers, and RWAs to facilitate approvals and pipeline infrastructure expansion.
- Design and manage integrated branding and promotional campaigns across digital, print, local events and on-ground activations for CNG and PNG Segments.
- Oversee media, advertising, social media, exhibitions, workshops and door-to-door campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall.
- Strengthen customer onboarding and CRM processes by streamlining documentation, connection activation, and communication touchpoints.
- Improve customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement, feedback collection, and resolution of service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance as per PNGRB guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance and revenue growth through KPIs, conversion analysis, market trends, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking.
