Education:

ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Fitter / Gas & Plumbing
or relevant trade or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline

Experience:

Job Description

• Supervise and oversee daily O&M activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure execution of routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities as per approved maintenance
  schedules.
• Act as the first line of response during emergencies such as gas leaks, equipment failures, or system abnormalities.
• Prepare incident and shift reports.
• Monitor and supervise third-party excavation activities near PNG assets to prevent damage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and approved excavation procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, 3rd parties, and internal teams for safe execution of works.
• Conduct toolbox talks, shift briefings, and safety checks.
• Supervise technicians and field staff during shifts.
• Maintain accurate logs for maintenance activities, meter readings, flow monitoring, and incidents.
• Prepare DPR and submit to EIC.
