Education: B.E / B.Tech or above in Fire & Safety/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation /Petroleum Engineering.

Experience:  3 years to 7 years (Relevant experience)

Job Summary

The role is responsible for driving the implementation of HSE processes and asset integrity practices in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. The incumbent should possess strong knowledge of CGD-specific HSE practices and PNGRB regulations (T4S, ERDMP, IMS) with hands-on experience in safety audits, risk management, hazard analysis, and commissioning activities across pipelines, CNG stations, and customer connections. The position also involves executing HSE plans, conducting safety trainings and mock drills, resolving HSE-related issues in projects and O&M operations, and providing valuable inputs to management for continual process and safety improvements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• This Profile-Incumbent shall be responsible to drive the implementation of HSE processes and asset integrity practices of the Company at the GA/Zone level in line with set norms.
• Should be well conversant with HSE specific CGD practices and its implementation.
• Should be conversant with PNGRB’s T4S, ERDMP and IMS regulations and its implementation.
• Responsible for safety, risk management, and hazard analysis.
• Should have experience of safety audits (internal & external).
• Should have experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of steel pipeline, CNG stations, Industrial, Commercial and domestic connections from HSE functionality.
• Responsible for implementation of inhouse safety training program including safety training of contract staffs, mock drills etc.
• Responsible for execution of HSE plan.
• Responsible for providing solutions on HSE related issues in Project/O&M job execution.
• HSE input to management for continual improvement in processes.
